Breaking in the Humans

It's such hard work breaking in humans! I'll get them into shape and on my schedule, though. They think I'm shy but I prefer "cautious". Oh and I saw a cat and squirrel while walking this morning, still don't get why my foster brother wants to chase them....

Learning and Growing

I have been in Nashville for more than a week and I am learning so many things! I still run away when I hear loud noises, but the humans say I am turning into a very perfect pet. This is me telling my foster brother that I want to play.

New things that I enjoy are toys, towels that I play with like toys and snuggling into a human rub. I still pace around a little and I sometimes whine when I’m not sure what is happening and need a human to explain, but I am very good at giving boops to tell them when I need to go outside, and I like to lay on the floor where they are.

As you can see, I am a VERY tall boy, and I don’t think I am finished growing. I very much enjoy the foods, and I will need lots of them for a while. Human lady thinks I might easily weigh 100 pounds when I am a grown up boy!

Not So Sure

Hi, I’m Simpson and I’m not very sure about this “retirement” thing. I got in a truck today and came to a new farm but it isn’t a farm at all. They have greyhound friends here but there are a lot of other things I don’t know. I’m trying my best to be open to learning, but I might need a little bit of time. The humans here say I’m sweet and tall and they are being very patient with me. I can’t wait to go to sleep and try again tomorrow.

I did come out of my safe hallway for some dinner. It was delicious and I will probably do that again.
