Sat Night Severe Weather Threat

Honey Child spent the first half of her first Saturday night of retirement sheltering in the basement bc her humans now have severe tornado phobia. Better to keep the greyhounds safe than to be sorry!!!

Day 2 of retirement

So much has happened in such a short amount of time. Honey arrived in Nashville after a long day of riding with the other gals from GA. After all the processing and getting a bath in the driveway after dark, she settled into her bed by foster mom (FM). There was a lot of pacing and whining that first night, but by night 2, she was SO much more adjusted.

She gets along just fine with her foster sissy, Bette, though both would prefer to be the queen of the castle. Neither want to share their space when lounging, and they are quick to let the other know to back off. Stlll, they are adjusting well to each other.
